I've always struggled with bloating, fatigue, and joint pain. Then, about a year and a half ago, I was diagnosed with RA (Rheumatoid Arthritis). At first, they thought it was MS.
My whole body felt weak. I had no brain space or memory - I would do one thing and forget the next. I would even talk to my kids about their day, and 10 minutes later ask the same questions all over again. It was awful.
When I eventually found out it was RA and understood the connection between gut health and inflammation, I realised there was nothing in South Africa that truly addressed all of this.
So I started researching. I discovered the power of:
I'm a mom of 3 beautiful kids, I run a busy life in the real estate industry, and I know what it's like to put everyone else first. That's why I want to share what has truly transformed my life - because it can do the same for you.
That's when I created something I am truly proud of. The change in my energy, my body, and how I feel every single day is something I'll never stop being grateful for.

It took months of research, testing and fine-tuning to create the very best Gut & Glow drink.
I taste tested, checked labels, researched every ingredient and made sure it was something I would proudly put in my own body and give to my family.
During this journey, I discovered something incredible - the massive power of GHK-Cu.
I started learning everything I could about it and realised I had to add it to my life.
So I created my own GHK-Cu serum - my own formula.
