• All products are subject to availability
• Prices are displayed in South African Rand (ZAR) and include VAT

4. Orders & Payment

Order Acceptance

All orders are subject to acceptance and availability. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order, including after you receive an order confirmation.

Payment

Payment must be made in full before order processing begins. We accept payments through:

• PayFast (Card, EFT, SnapScan, Zapper, Mobicred)
• Yoco (Card payments)

All payments are processed securely through encrypted payment gateways.

5. Shipping & Delivery

• Shipping costs are calculated at checkout (R99 standard rate)
• Free shipping on orders over R500 or with valid free shipping coupons
• Collection available from Welkom (FREE) - address provided upon confirmation
• Delivery times are estimates and not guaranteed
• We are not liable for delays caused by courier services or circumstances beyond our control
• Risk of loss passes to you upon delivery to the courier

6. Returns & Refunds

Return Policy

Due to the nature of health and beauty products, we accept returns only under the following conditions:

• Product is unopened and in original packaging
• Return request is made within 7 days of delivery
• Product is defective or damaged upon arrival

Refund Process

Approved refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 5-10 business days. Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.
